Daylo Casuals makes clothing for brands, retailers, wholesalers, clubs and organisations worldwide, with a particular focus on the EU. Ready-stock garments are held in our German warehouse as a separate offer. The two offers have separate minimums, and you can use either or both.

If you want a garment made to your design with your labels, you work with our manufacturing service: private label, white label or custom production, with selected projects starting from 50 pieces, subject to technical review. If you need garments now, you order ready stock from our German warehouse from 1 piece.

For manufacturing orders, bulk production starts after your sample approval. Stock orders use existing garments and are confirmed against available quantities and agreed terms.

Sometimes the right answer is not to make something but to buy it. We hold 44,953 ready pieces in 28 styles in our German warehouse, and businesses can order from 1 piece, in any size or colour, up to the full available quantity.

Every size shows a live count, so you see what is actually available before you ask for anything. Stock is a good way to test a design with real customers, to fill a gap while a production run is made, or to supply a team or event on short notice.

Most brands that work with us want a garment that carries their name. How much of the product you design yourself decides which route fits.

• White label you start from a proven base style and add your colours, labels and decoration. The fastest way to a product you can sell.
• Private label you bring a finished design and we reproduce it with your branding, from fabric sourcing to packaging.
• Custom production we develop the product with you, from tech pack to sample to bulk.
• OEM and ODM build to your specification, or let our team develop it to a brief.

Production starts from 50 pieces per style, which is low enough for a first drop and a real product rather than a sample run.

The expensive mistakes in clothing are found late: a wrong measurement after cutting, a fabric that behaves differently in bulk, a label in the wrong place on every garment. We move those decisions to the start.

The specification is confirmed in writing before a sample exists. The sample is the check, and you approve it. Tolerances are recorded against that sample, and the finished garments are compared with it. The result is a product that matches what you approved, and a specification that stays on record so that a reorder matches the first order.
