For corporate uniforms.

A corporate uniform order needs to look identical across every employee, every location and every reorder, sometimes years apart, which is why we keep the approved pattern and colour standard on file.

Uniforms that staff will actually wear

A corporate uniform has two audiences. Your customers see it and judge your business by it. Your staff wear it for eight hours and judge your business by how it feels. A uniform that looks sharp on a rail but itches, shrinks or fades is a uniform that people avoid wearing properly.

We make and supply uniforms for companies that need consistency across a team: polos, shirts, trousers, jackets, fleeces, aprons and accessories, with your branding applied in a way that survives repeated washing. This page explains how a uniform programme is planned, and how to avoid the problems that cost most buyers time and money.

Who we work with on uniform programmes

Uniform buyers differ in size and need, but the questions they ask are similar.

  • Companies with front-of-house or customer-facing staff.
  • Service businesses with field teams and vehicles.
  • Facilities, logistics and trade businesses.
  • Clinics, care and cleaning services.
  • Distributors and resellers who supply uniforms to their own clients.

If you buy uniforms for others, we can also supply white label garments and arrange decoration to your customer's artwork.

Start with the wearer, not the catalogue

A good uniform brief begins with a description of the work. Where do people stand, bend, lift or drive? Are they indoors or outdoors? Is there heat, cold or contact with food, chemicals or dirt? How often is the garment washed, and at what temperature?

Those answers decide the fabric. A cotton-polyester blend suits many roles because it holds colour and resists shrinkage. A stretch fabric helps where people move a lot. A heavier twill suits trades. We help you match the fabric to the work, and you can test it with a sample before committing to a run.

Sizing a whole team

Fit problems are the biggest cause of uniform dissatisfaction, and teams are rarely made of one body shape. A good programme offers a full size run, with separate fits where needed, and a plan for sizing the team before the order.

We can supply a size sample set so staff can try before bulk quantities are fixed. We also keep your size breakdown on file, so a reorder for new joiners follows the same specification. If you expect staff turnover, a stock top-up plan avoids running out of common sizes.

Order a physical sample in your fabric and fit. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.

Branding that lasts

Uniform branding is exposed to harsh treatment: hot washes, friction, sweat and sunlight. The right method depends on the fabric and the artwork.

  1. 01

Embroidery durable and professional on polos, jackets and caps.

  2. 02

Screen print economical for larger runs of simple artwork.

  3. 03

DTF and heat transfer flexible for multi-colour logos and small runs.

  4. 04

Woven or printed labels for a branded neck and care information.

We recommend a method for each garment and show a sample before bulk, so you see how your logo looks on the real fabric.

Colour consistency across reorders

Nothing damages a uniform programme like two shades of the same colour in one team. Colour consistency depends on dye lots, fabric and finishing, and it is managed by agreeing a colour reference at the start and recording the lot used.

When you reorder, we work to the same approved sample. Where small variation is natural between lots, we tell you in advance, so you can plan new joiners and replacements with that in mind.

Documents and standards your procurement team may ask for

Corporate and public buyers often ask for composition, care, test reports and supply chain documentation. We help you assemble what is relevant: composition and care on your labels, test coordination where a requirement applies, and written confirmation of the production route. If your contract refers to a standard, send it before ordering so we can confirm what we can support.

High-visibility and protective workwear is a regulated area. If your role needs certified protective clothing, tell us at the start, so we can tell you plainly what we can and cannot supply.

We also recommend keeping a record of size distribution and reorder quantities, so that later orders do not start from scratch and stay consistent with the first one.

Plan a small buffer of sizes too, so that new team members can be equipped straight away without a rushed small order.

From brief to delivery

Send us the roles, the number of people, the branding and your deadline. We reply in writing with a suggested garment range, fabric options and a sample plan. A quote and sample cost nothing to start, and they show you exactly what your team will wear before any bulk decision. Where you need garments quickly, ask about ready stock in Germany for plain basics that can be decorated.
