Ready stock you can see, count and order from 1 piece

Our German warehouse holds finished garments that are ready to ship. At the moment that means 44,953 pieces across 28 styles, and the figures on this page change as stock is sold. You do not have to start a development project to get garments in your hands.

This is a separate offer from our made-to-order programmes. Stock is for buyers who want to move quickly, test a market, top up a range or equip a team without waiting for a production run. Made-to-order is for buyers who want their own design, label and specification. Many customers use both: stock for speed and made-to-order for the core range.

Who buys from stock, and why

Stock suits several kinds of business buyer, and the reasons differ.

  • Retailers and wholesalers topping up a range between seasons.
  • Brands testing a style, colour or market before committing to a run.
  • Companies equipping a team or event with plain garments for decoration.
  • Decorators and print shops that need blank garments of reliable quality.
  • New businesses that want real product to photograph and sell now.

If you recognise yourself in the list, the stock route is probably your fastest way to start.

How the quantities work

You can ask for as little as 1 piece of a style, up to the full available quantity. Each style is held in size runs, and live availability is shown on the stock page, so you can see what is there before you write to us.

For larger orders, tell us the style, colours and size split you need. We confirm in writing what is available for your order, and whether a mixed size run is possible. Because stock sells, a written quote is what fixes availability for you, so ask for one as soon as you know your quantities.

What the warehouse holds

The warehouse holds finished, packed garments across everyday categories. Typical lines include t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polos, trousers and other basics. Product pages show composition, sizes and care information for each style. For some styles, additional documents such as test reports exist, and we can tell you what is available for the style you are interested in.

Stock is for business customers only. We sell to companies, not to consumers, and your quote request asks for company details and a VAT number so that we can issue the right documents.

Want it made in your own design?

Private label and custom production start from 50 pieces per style.

From request to pickup or shipping

The process is short and written down at each step.

  1. 01

Browse the stock page and note the styles, colours and sizes you want.

  2. 02

Send a quote request with your quantities and your company details.

  3. 03

We confirm availability and the full terms of your order in writing.

  4. 04

You approve, and we prepare your pieces at the warehouse.

  5. 05

Your order is collected or shipped, with the documents you need.

We agree the exact timing with you in the quote, so that your plan is based on a written confirmation and not on a general promise.

Collection, shipping and customs for stock

Because the garments are already in Germany, buyers in the European Union receive stock without an import step on their side. For buyers outside the EU, we explain the documents needed for export, and you remain responsible for import formalities in your own country. If you prefer to collect, ask about warehouse pickup when you request the quote.

Anything related to delivery terms, packaging and documents is confirmed in the written quote for your order. If you need specific paperwork, such as a commercial invoice format or an EORI number on the documents, tell us in the request.

Labelling, decoration and relabelling stock

Many buyers want plain stock for their own decoration. Others want a custom label or a printed logo. Depending on the style, quantity and what is already on the garment, options may exist for adding decoration or relabelling. Ask when you request the quote and we will tell you what is feasible for that style.

If you want a fully branded garment from the start, with your own label, trims and packaging, the made-to-order route is usually the better fit. Our private label and white label pages explain it.

If you plan to repeat a stock style, tell us. We can advise whether it will stay available or whether a made-to-order run suits you better.

Start with the stock page

Open the stock page to see live availability and choose your styles. If you are not sure which style fits, send us a short description of your customer and use, and we will suggest options from what is available. When you are ready, request a quote with your quantities and company details.
