Who this information is for
This information is for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, that is, natural persons who buy goods for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession.
Our offer is aimed mainly at businesses. We also supply consumers, in the member states of the European Union and, where we confirm it in our offer, in other countries. This information does not apply to businesses, for whom our general terms and conditions apply.
How a contract is made and where the text is kept
The display of our goods on the website is not a binding offer. You can send us a non-binding enquiry through a form, the quote basket or by e-mail. We then send you an offer in text form with the goods, quantity, price, delivery and shipping costs and delivery time.
The contract is made when you accept this offer and we confirm your order in text form or deliver the goods. You can decline an offer without consequence. You can correct input errors in our forms before you send them; after that, please contact us.
We store the contract text and send you the order confirmation with the contract details by e-mail. The contract language is German or the language in which we make you the offer.
Prices, payment, delivery
All prices in offers to consumers are in euro and include statutory VAT. We state delivery and shipping costs in the offer and, for deliveries outside the European Union, we state or point out that customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply and are payable by you.
Payment methods, payment term and, for custom production, any deposit are set out in the offer. We state delivery dates and delivery times in the offer.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty for defects applies. Claims for defects in new goods become time-barred two years after delivery. We give a guarantee only where we state it expressly in the offer.
Right of withdrawal
This notice applies to contracts with consumers for our ready-made stock goods. The following section applies to custom-made goods.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good. If a good is delivered in several consignments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last consignment or the last piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daylo Casuals UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Otto-Hahn-Straße 50
63303 Dreieich
Deutschland, e-mail: info@daylocasuals.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Daylo Casuals UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Otto-Hahn-Straße 50
63303 Dreieich
Deutschland without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

End of the withdrawal notice
No right of withdrawal for custom-made goods
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
This covers textiles that are made, printed, embroidered or fitted with your label, logo or name to your specification. Our prefabricated stock goods without individual finishing are not affected.
