A manufacturing partner for brands that design their own range

If you run a fashion brand, you already know what you want to make. What you need is a partner who can turn a sketch, a reference garment or a mood board into a sample, and a sample into a production run, without losing the details that make the product yours.

We work with independent labels, direct-to-consumer brands, boutique retailers and growing fashion businesses. Some arrive with a full tech pack. Others arrive with a photo of a garment they like and a few notes. Both are workable starting points, and this page explains how the work goes from there.

What fashion brands usually ask us first

Brands tend to open with the same handful of questions, and it is better to answer them early.

  • What is the minimum quantity per style, and per colour?
  • Can you make my own pattern, fabric, label and packaging?
  • How many samples do I need before bulk?
  • Can I start small and reorder?
  • Who owns the design and the pattern?

The short answers: runs start from 50 pieces per style, everything from pattern to packaging can be made to your specification, and your designs and patterns remain yours. The sections below explain the detail.

From idea to approved sample

The path from concept to production is easier when it is staged, and each stage ends with something you can see and approve.

  1. 01

Brief share sketches, references, target fabric and intended customer.

  2. 02

Tech pack we help turn the brief into measurements, construction notes and trim details.

  3. 03

Pattern and first sample the first physical version of your garment.

  4. 04

Fit and revisions comments are recorded, and a revised sample follows.

  5. 05

Approval the approved sample becomes the reference for bulk.

Fabric, colour and finish decide how the product feels

A garment is judged by hand before it is judged by eye. Weight, drape, softness and surface finish decide whether a piece feels premium or ordinary, and these are choices you make early.

We help you select a base fabric that suits the product and your customer, then agree colour with lab dips or swatches against your reference. Washes, enzyme finishes, brushing and pre-shrinking can all be specified. Our material pages describe the main fabric families, and if you have a reference fabric, we work to match it as closely as the available yarns and finishes allow.

See the garment before you commit.

Order a physical sample in your fabric and fit. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.

Branding that is part of the garment

Brand identity lives in small details: the woven label at the neck, the hangtag, the care label, the packaging and the way a logo is applied. We can supply these as part of the production, so that your product arrives ready to sell.

  • Woven and printed labels with your brand and size information.
  • Hangtags and barcodes in your format.
  • Embroidery, screen print, DTG, DTF or heat transfer decoration.
  • Custom polybags, boxes and mailers.

If you want to keep the same garment unbranded for a retailer's own label, we also make white label versions. See the private label and white label pages.

Starting small without painting yourself into a corner

Most new and growing brands want to test before committing. Starting at 50 pieces per style lets you check demand, then reorder with the same specification. Because we keep your approved sample and lot records, a reorder matches the original.

For quicker needs, our ready stock in Germany offers plain garments from 1 piece, which is useful for photography, a pop-up, a capsule drop or decoration with your own print. Brands often combine both routes: stock to move fast, made-to-order for the signature range.

Quality, documents and compliance for your own customers

Retailers and marketplaces increasingly ask brands for composition labelling, test evidence and supply chain information. We help you build a file: composition on your labels checked against the fabric specification, test coordination where needed, and written confirmation of the production route.

If you intend to make an organic or recycled claim, tell us early. We will tell you what documentation is possible and what is not, so your claim stays defensible. Our quality, certifications and traceability pages explain the approach.

We also help structure a collection so that core styles can be repeated and seasonal pieces added without reopening decisions already made.

Early clarity on target customer and price positioning also helps us suggest fabrics that suit the brand.

Start with a brief and a sample

Send us what you have: a sketch, a reference garment, a photo, a rough quantity. We will respond in writing with questions, a suggested route and next steps. A quote and a development sample are low-commitment ways to see how we work before you decide on a run.
